Halloween is officially over and my thoughts are, inevitably, turning to Christmas!  This year I am trying to have as green a Christmas as possible!  By that I mean that my shopping will be only from stores that have eco practices and eco products!

But I was thinking that that isn’t really enough.  There is so much waste and consumerism that goes on at Christmas.  So in my home, we are tackling the issue of Christmas wrap.  This year, it is reused newspapers all the way!  There are great resources online, if you are like me and are addicted to pretty wrap at Christmas.  Click here to learn how to make a paper bow out of magazine pages.  When I have some presents wrapped I will post pictures  them!

We all need to do our part to help the environment.  I know that this is small, but if everyone tackled all of the small issues it would be a giant step forward!
